Meet Jorie

introducing Jorie, a former singer who turned barbecue enthusiast! What started as a cherished family picnic tradition transformed into a shared passion for Jorie and her husband. In 2014, they ventured into the business, establishing “Bill’s Grill”, and crafting a delightful sauce, now available in select Whole Foods Markets in the Chicago area.

Jorie’s early love for recipes and blending flavors results in what her husband fondly calls “A true celebration for your taste buds” When you savor Bill’s Grill, you are experiencing not just Bill’s happiness but also Jorie’s flavorful touch. Bill and Jorie have been happily married for over twenty-five years and have six children.
