To secure the food truck for a 2-hour period, there’s a $1200 minimum guarantee.

Initial Guest Coverage: RBIs includes 3 meats and 2 sides for your first 25 guests.

Additional Guests: Beyond the initial 25, it’s $17 per person.

Extras: For extra sides or beverages, it’s an additional $2 per person.

Extended Hours: Additional hours beyond the initial 2 are priced at $150 per hour.

Special Meats: If you’d like brisket or baby back ribs, there’s an extra charge of $2.
